South Florida developer Group P6 has announced its aptly named Sky Palace penthouse at Royal Palm Residences in Boca Raton will hit the market in two weeks for $10 million.
Expected to be delivered in 2022, the 7,120 square-foot penthouse will feature 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Boca Resort, Intracoastal waterway and downtown Boca Raton. The unit has two private elevators, four underground assigned parking spaces, a custom wine cellar and home theater.
The nine-story, 48-residence condominium is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and East Royal Palm Road, where the city meets the sea. A planned, six-acre, multi-million-dollar waterfront park will sit just outside the building’s front lobby.
“This penthouse is a mansion in the sky and is unlike anything else being offered in Boca Raton,” said Group P6 Managing Partner Ignacio Diaz in a press release. “It offers the ultimate in luxury living with the convenience of being near downtown.”
Residents will have access to an expansive wellness plaza encompassing a fitness center, boutique pool with a heated spa and a club room with European kitchen and bar for entertaining. The building will also feature a 24-hour doorman and private underground storage.
Ranging in size from 2,425 to 7,168 square feet, the remaining three- to five-bedrooms residences start at $1.75 million.
