Coldwell Banker Realty taps Patricia Rotsztain to run Miami Beach office

 Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has named Patricia Rotsztain as the new managing broker of the company’s Miami Beach office, where she will help lead approximately 160 independent sales associates. 

A native of Argentina, Rotsztain has more than two decades of real estate experience and is a graduate of Harvard’s Advance Real Estate Development Program.

The Forgatch Group joins Illustrated Properties

The Forgatch Group, led by top agent John Forgatch, has joined Illustrated Properties in Jupiter, where they will bring a wide range of expertise in waterfront properties, club communities, oceanfront condominiums and family-oriented communities.

Prior to joining Illustrated, The Forgatch Group, which includes Toniann De Santis and Jennifer Shenkman, spent six years working with Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches.
