by Kerrie Kennedy

Top talent at Douglas Elliman to head up sales at Arte

Douglas Elliman agents Oren Alexander, Tara West, Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon and Dean Bloch will head up sales at ultra-luxury condominium Arte in Miami’s Surfside neighborhood.

The first U.S. project by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Arte features 16 units. Half- and full-floor residences are priced starting at $7.9 million.

“We’re proud to announce our exciting new sales team,” said Alex Sapir, of Sapir Corp Ltd., which is developing Arte. “Oren, Eloy, Mick, Tara and Dean are all outstanding, and it’s fitting that Miami Beach’s leading talent represents the city’s most exclusive new oceanfront development.”

Alexander facilitated the highest sale price for a single-family home and condo in Miami in 2019. He has sold residences at a number of high-design projects by Renzo Piano, Foster + Partners, William Sofield, Chad Oppenheim and others. West is the host of the TV show Selling Mega Mansions. Before Arte, she was the in-house sales executive for architect Jean Nouvel’s Monad Terrace in South Beach. Carmenate and Duchon have represented towers designed by Herzog & de Meuron and Norman Foster. Bloch is one of Douglas Elliman’s top producers, has set several records in South Florida.
