Sabbia Beach sales gallery moved across the street from construction site  – The $1 million, 2,500 square-foot Sabbia Beach sales gallery was moved across the street to its new location at 723 N. Ocean Boulevard by Brownie Moving & Heavy Hauling, according to a statement from the Hemisphere Sales Group. The Sabia Beach sales gallery was moved to be closer to the development site of the luxury condo building of the same name.
