The average homeowner in Palm Beach County pays more than $3,400 in yearly property taxes, which is the highest in the Miami metropolitan area, according to a new analysis from the NAHB.

Additionally, Palm Beach County homeowners pay an average tax that is 11.4 percent of their property’s value, though tax rates range from 2.9 to 18.8 percent of the property.
