Weston office Managing Broker, Sandra Mattsson

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty announced the opening of its first office in Weston, Fla.

More than 75 associates will be working at the new Weston office under the leadership of Sandra Mattsson, ONE SIR’s Weston branch managing broker. In a statement accompanying the announcement, Mattsson expressed her approval on the new location.

“Weston has always been a healthy and stable market and now that Broward County is undergoing a significant cultural renaissance the opportunity for home value appreciation is even greater,” Mattsson said. “I’ve seen Weston flourish over the past 15 years; it’s a strong example of how a neighboring city can benefit from real estate booms in the global markets it surrounds, in this case Fort Lauderdale and Miami.”

The office is scheduled to open mid-March 2016 at the former Northern Trust Bank building, located on 2300 Weston Road, which is a temporary space until the office build-out is finalized. The final space will open in May 2016 in the same building.
