ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Five Former Douglas Elliman Agents

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the addition of five former Douglas Elliman agents to their brokerage. According to a statement from ONE Sotheby’s, the agents will bring their own set of skills to the brokerage. The new agents include Oliver Ruiz, Advidan Edelsberg, Sandra Osorio, Joelle Oiknine and Betsy Lee Turner.

New Agents Bring Experience to ONE Sotheby’s

Here is what the new agents will bring to the table, according to the statement from ONE Sotheby’s:

•Previously a managing broker for Douglas Elliman, Ruiz will be concentrating on strategic sales as a senior global real estate advisor for ONE Sotheby’s.

•Edelsberg will be acting as ONE Sotheby’s senior commercial advisor, having previously served as a commercial advisor for Douglas Elliman. Edelsberg will focus on growing commercial institutional clientele, as well as strategic sales and business development for ONE Sotheby’s.

•Osorio, one of ONE Sotheby’s newest agent associates, will be focusing on strategic sales and growing the firm’s luxury footprint in Miami Beach, having previously been one of Douglas Ellian’s top producers.

•Oiknine will be returning to ONE Sotheby’s as a global real estate advisor after leaving ONE Sotheby’s for Douglas Elliman five years ago. Oiknine will focus on Miami’s waterfront homes in Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach, among others.

•Turner, a non-practicing attorney and former Wall Street consultant, will bring her experience of selling over $4 million in sales during her time at Douglas Elliman to ONE Sotheby’s.

The total net gain of the addition of the five agents amounts to $93 million, according to the statement released by ONE Sotheby’s.
