Douglas Elliman announced Tuesday the addition of Carolina Rainer as a licensed real estate broker associate at the company’s Design District office. According to a statement released by Douglas Elliman, Rainer has joined a team of agents overseeing Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Biscayne Corridor, Brickell, Midtown, Art and Entertainment District and the Design District.

Rainer has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Douglas Elliman, Rainer worked as a real estate broker for GZI Realty LLC, a boutique real estate company she started in 2009, according to the statement. She began her career in 2001 at The Bentley Group.

“Rainer brings a unique background to the Douglas Elliman team as she has both marketing and sales psychology experience,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida brokerage.

“I am overjoyed to be joining the prestigious Douglas Elliman team,” Rainer said. “I have excelled within multiple facets of the real estate industry and feel confident that I not only will bring incredible real estate experience to the team but my background in psychology will add another dimension to the already thriving office.”

Rainer is also a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB) and the National Association of Realtors.
