Industry veteran Adriana Vargas Hernandez has been appointed as director of sales for the highly anticipated, One River Point.

One River Point is a pair of riverfront towers designed by Rafael Viñoly, the architect behind Manhattan’s 432 Park Avenue development. Vargas Hernandez will be responsible for leading the One River Point team in executing sales strategies and tailored marketing outreach.

Vargas Hernandez brings more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, having led marketing and sales initiatives across the U.S. for luxury residential properties, pre-construction and new developments totaling in the billions of dollars. Prior to joining the One River Point Development Team, Vargas Hernandez served as vice president of broker relations for Fortune International, Related Cervera and Cervera Real Estate.

One River Point will feature approximately 350 residences with private elevator landings. Residences will range from 1,000 to 12,000 square feet, with prices starting from $750,000.
