Douglas Elliman has announced the opening of the firm’s newest Wellington office at the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club. Wellington makes the brokerage’s 16th office in the South Florida market.

Don Langdon will be in charge of the new office as its managing broker. Langdon joined Elliman in 2014 and has since raised $1 billion dollars in sales and completed over 1,000 transactions. Langdon will lead the 90 agents (and growing) who specialize in luxury homes, condominiums and equestrian properties. The Country Club is known for its Olympic players, polo players and equestrians. Douglas Elliman caters to the equestrian community and has a sponsorship with the Hamptons Classic and the Winter Equestrian Festival.
