Krste Stojanoski

Avatar Real Estate welcomes Krste Stojanoski to its Miami Beach office and Mikal Grass to its South Miami Office.

Stojanoski is from Macedonia, and is fluent in English, Macedonian, Greek, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian and conversant Spanish. Being multi-lingual allows him to communicate with the diverse clientele in Miami. He previously worked with Douglas Elliman, and while living in London, he established an online agency that offered  short-term luxury villas, hotels and apartment rentals.

“The cultural and educational enrichment attained while living in Macedonia, Greece, Germany and London has enabled me to create a pipeline of buyers that rely on my real estate expertise and market knowledge,” Stojanoski said.

Grass has lived in Miami for 18 years, and he will focus on single-family home sales in the Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay area. He has a degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a JD from University of Florida.
