Douglas Elliman recently announced the addition of Sonia Toth and Keith Marks to its team as the new directors of luxury real estate. They will be based out of the Miami Beach office. Toth and Marks are proven leaders in the industry with more than 20 years of combined experience. The team will continue working to increase their market penetration of the South of Fifth neighborhood.

Sonia Toth is a dual citizen of Brazil and the United States, and has been a licensed Florida agent for over 15 years. She attended the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and earned a degree in legal studies. After moving to the U.S. in 1998, she joined South Pointe Drive Realty and spent the past 13 years as a real estate professional and investor. Sonia is a Certified Luxury Homes Market Specialist, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.
Keith Marks is a notable business entrepreneur and computer software developer. He studied computer science and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Marks entered the real estate industry in 2011 when he joined South Pointe Drive Reality. He uses his business expertise to render the financial investment aspects of each deal to sellers and buyers. Recent accomplishments include a co-marketing and branding agreement between Yacht Collections of Brasil and The Miami Brasil Team of Douglas Elliman. Marks currently serves as President of the Continuum Master Association and President of the Continuum North Tower Association.
The team has many listings on the market including Continuum North and South, Apogee and Portofino. All team members have extensive knowledge of the market and significant business relationships in South America. Toth and Marks will continue to establish Douglas Elliman as a leader in South Florida.
