The CMC Group plans to construct Brickell Flatiron Towers, which is expected to be one of the tallest residential skyscrapers in Miami. The building will be 64 stories and stand 736 feet above street level.
The building will offer 1 to 5 bedroom units, and a limited number of duplexes and penthouses, which will be priced at 2 million dollars and up. Units are expected to measure up to 6,220 square feet and be priced at an average of $750 per square foot. Construction is set to start this fall and aims to be completed by 2018; 50 percent of the building is already sold. Features will include glass-fitted elliptical balconies, imported Italian finishes and professional-grade German appliances.
The development’s top floor will be host to the Sky Spa, which will include a pool, private steam, sauna and lockers. In addition, the Sky Spa will include a fitness center that will have cardiovascular and weight training facilities, pilates, yoga and an aerobics studio.
The club level, located on the 18th floor, will be more family oriented. For children, there will be a play room area and pool. The designs also include a theatre with table top controls. The building will have a cigar, wine and billards room. Residents will be able to book private event and meeting rooms, as well as book salon appointments, dog walking services, restaurant reservations, automotive services and even have their groceries delivered.
Brickell Flatirons will be in close proximity to hotels, restaurants shops, public transit and near Miami attractions such as Miami Worldcenter, AmericanAirlines Arena and various museums.
