Le Parc at Brickell Condominiums celebrated topping-off construction with a special party held earlier this month at the project’s site.

Le Parc at Brickell will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, including studios and two-story town-homes. Units will feature private terraces with panoramic views of Simpson Park, the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. The unit is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015

Pre-construction condos range from the low $300,000s to the mid-$700,000s. The development currently stands at about 85 percent sold.
