3. Keep in Touch – Some of the best ways to keep in touch with past clients is to simply keep a list of birthdays and send postcards when appropriate, as well as always keeping them updated about their neighborhood, including what activities are happening in their area and the market value.

List Well – The first step to having an effective listing strategy is asking the following questions: what are your top five favorite features about your home; what are your favorite things about this community; do you need to sell in a certain time frame; do you have an expectation for the selling price of your home; and in terms of a schedule, how would you to plan home showings?

1. Stand Out – Embrace who you really are and share tips and tricks of real estate to the world, identifying your personal motivations and drive. Marketing yourself to people who want your services and crafting the perfect message. negotiating the best deals to my ability, turning your failures into victories. Having a great attitude to even your toughest seller.
