Downtown Miami has begun to grow and improvement with the development of the ‘Biscayne Wall’ of luxury buildings known as Marina Blue900 BiscayneTen Museum Park and Marquis Residences. Now, the most anticipated and radically designed development, One Thousand Museum (OTM), the last remaining lot in the midst of the Biscayne Wall, is about to start construction.

OTM was designed by world famous architect Zaha Hadid, the first woman to have achieved recognition as one of the most celebrated architects in the field. The luxury development is a prime jewel, with prices starting right around $1,000 per sq. ft. OTM is certain to make this entire neighborhood the new hottest place to be in Miami, with its convenient, at the causeway proximity to South Beach, equally close accessibility to Brickell, and walking distance to the impending Miami World Center mega complex-mall and the new condos, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues that it promises.

OTM will have a cool, extremely innovative exoskeleton structural design that looks like an extraterrestrial spaceship, topped by a $47 million penthouse and rooftop helipad, and all of the other luxury amenities that have come to be expected. It’s a better time than ever to become a resident of a luxury building in Biscayne Wall, when the prices are assuredly lower than they will ever be again before these final touches, and major transformation projects pop up, and so will the prices of the next-door neighboring buildings.

The luxury residence housing 83 units, including half floor residences, full-floor residences, penthouses and duplex penthouse with East-to-West flow-through floor plans range from 4,600 to 9,900 sq. ft. All residences offer a choice of flooring finishes and custom closet interiors, which will also be available in a range of finishes and feature ceiling heights between 10-20 ft. in main living areas, floor-to-ceiling window walls, customized illumination designed by Uli and friends, integrated home automation by Crestron and customs kitchens by Gatto Cucine with Gaggenau and sub-zero appliances.

Building amenities and services include outdoor pool, recreational terrace, fitness center, spa, indoor aquatic center, sky lounge, private rooftop helipad, secure on-site parking, on-site management personnel, concierge, on-site security personnel and valet parking.

OTM started breaking ground this last week. For more information about the development, contact JLUXEHOMES at 305-322-7089 or email info@1000museum.com.
