The Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and WikiRealty have partnered, allowing Miami realtors to share real-time listings and tips on a WikiRealty platform.

WikiRealty is a vibrant, online community where professionals and consumers share their knowledge about residential and commercial real estate opportunities. MIAMI, the largest local Realtor association in the U.S. representing real estate professionals, saw value in WikiRealty as an online resource providing an easy exchange of insider real estate tips and knowledge for the real estate ecosystem and agreed to a partnership with the company.

By partnering with WikiRealty, real estate agents in South Florida will have access to a collection of information about the people, places and properties that matter in to the community through mobile and web platforms. Deborah Boza-Valledor, CMO and COO of MIAMI, expressed confidence in MIAMI’s decision to partner with WikiRealty and believes the partnership will greatly aid members.

“WikiRealty fills a critical gap in our industry and will benefit everyone involved in real estate in southern Florida,” said Boza-Valledor. “MIAMI is continually looking for ways to give members a competitive advantage in the marketplace as well as provide consumers with valuable, hyper-local knowledge. We’re confident that joining the WikiRealty community will arm our members with greater online exposure, access to real-time information, and ultimately, more leads. This agreement enhances our suite of resources available to our Realtors, continuing our long tradition of service.

Included in the terms of the agreement, MIAMI agents get unprecedented access to the WikiRealty platform, including premier positioning of their listings. Additionally, WikiRealty and MIAMI plan to crosslink their sites. Sanjay Kuttemperoor, CEO of WikiRealty, said MIAMI’s dedication to Realtors is reflected in the association’s decision to partner with WikiRealty.

“We launched in Miami about a month ago and the response from the community has been highly encouraging so far,” said Kuttemperoor. “We are very excited that MIAMI has chosen to partner with us. It demonstrates their acute understanding of our marketplace and the increasing importance of digital footprints in generating new leads. This partnership further illustrates MIAMI’s dedication to providing their agents with the best tools to bring exposure to their expertise, leading new buyers and sellers their way.”

WikiRealty has launched in Chicago, Miami, Milwaukee and Naples and is expanding to other major U.S. cities by the end of the year. For more information on either MIAMI or WikiRealty, visit their official websites at www.miamire.com and www.wikirealty.com.
