Last week, one of MV Construction Group’s multi-million dollar homes was featured on the first-ever season premiere of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Miami.” The show features only the most luxurious and upscale residences in Miami and surrounding areas. MV Construction Group was responsible for building the $8.9 million penthouse showcased on last week’s episode, located at Trump Royale in Sunny Isles, Florida.
Manny A. Varas, president and CEO of MV Construction Group heads the full-service corporation that offers residential and commercial solutions in construction. The company delivers precision, knowledge and innovation to each of its clients, who include Fortune 500 investors, luxury hotel chains and celebrities. In 2014 alone, Varas has acquired deals with South Florida’s most renowned developments, totaling $300 million in real estate value and 900,000 square feet of construction.
Varas is proud of the unit that was shown last week on the popular TV show, which featured four bedrooms and five bathrooms. In addition, the luxurious penthouse includes a private elevator and foyer, gourmet kitchen and four walk-in closets. The amenities are endless—the penthouse also boasts exquisite Du Chateau wooded floors, stainless steel and glass railings, limestone flooring, a private pool and oversized terrace. Panoramic views of the ocean, intercostal and the city are the cherry on top to this home in the sky.
On Wednesday July 2, Varas was featured on the second episode of the season. One of his group’s bay front mansions located on North Bay Rd., listed at $15 million, was highlighted on the show.
