Paul King is the broker/owner of Century 21 1st Class Realty working in Sunny Isles.

International Sales Team of America, Inc., an independent real estate company based in Sunny Isles, Fla., announced the 46-agent firm is now a real estate brokerage affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate. Moving forward, the franchise will operate as Century 21 1st Class Realty and specialize in residential real estate in the Miami metro area.

Paul King, the broker/owner who opened International Sales Team of America in 2006, will continue leading the franchise and it’s growing team of independent affiliated agents. Upon the announcement, Century 21 President and CEO Rick Davidson gave King his praise, saying, “King’s leadership, and his team’s understanding of the market and ability to deliver exemplary customer service to international buyers and sellers throughout the greater Miami is remarkable.”

Since the group’s start eight years ago, the team has expanded exponentially, bringing in the area’s top talent – many of whom are multilingual. Their collective understanding of the market, and fluency in languages such as Russian, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian, Polish, Spanish and Portuguese, have helped them navigate and succeed a heavily foreign market.

King says that he was first drawn to Century 21 because of the reach and scope of the brand.

“Century 21 is global, everyone knows the name,” he says. But that isn’t what finally sold him on joining the national brokerage.

“The deciding factor was what they could offer myself and the agents working under me,” King admits. “Joining Century 21 means access to an incredibly broad array of learning and business resources that will enable us to deliver unrivaled experience to the home buyers and sellers of Miami”

King, who made an appearance in the National Association of Realtors “Top 30 under 30” list in 2011, is excited to move to continue growing under the Century 21 name.
