Fortune International is off to a hot start in 2014, and we haven’t even hit summer yet.

According to a recent press release, 70 percent of the luxury condos at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach are under contract; the average price per square foot is $1,400. Many of the contracts were started in April and May, which were record sales months for Fortune’s luxury condominium, the release said.

“Our buyers know that Jade Signature will bring about the new standard of luxury and design in Sunny Isles Beach,” Fortune International CEO Edgardo Defortuna said in the release. “Previously, the main focus was how extraordinary a tower looks from the outside without taking into consideration how the exterior design impacts the interior experience. Here, we changed that philosophy completely and designed from the inside out. I believe it’s going create the next wave of design for residential buildings. With our international team of visionaries, we are constantly thinking about the person who will live at Jade Signature before anything else.”

Jade Signature recorded $57 million in sales in April, a project-best month since sales opened in Oct. 2013. The 192-unit condominium was designed by Herzog & de Meuron, a Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm, the release said. Rising 57 stories high, Jade Signature includes spacious terraces, two club rooms, a private swimming pool, a waterfront restaurant and more amenities.

According to the release, other contributors on the project include RYP, a Parisian interior design firm headed by Pierre-Yves Rochon; and Raymond Jungles, a landscape architect.

The release said the new residents include 16 nationalities, which suggests foreign demand remains high in Miami.
