CMC Real Estate welcomes Adriana Comapnet as the director of sales for their newest project, Brickell Flatiron. The project – a collaboration between Ugo Colombo and CMC Real Estate – is to come to the market at the end of April and feature over 500 residences.

Prior to joining, Companet was director of sales at Fortune Development Sales and had the opportunity to create strategic partnerships and innovation seals methods throughout Latin America and Europe.

Companet will be responsible for overseeing over one billion in sales for developments such as Grand Venetian, The Collins, Ocean Blue, Residence at Bonaventure Resort and The Ritz Carlton Residences South Beach while working alongside Vannesa Grout, president of CMC Real Estate to manage a team of real estate professionals.
