Hyde Resort & Residences, a waterfront project by The Related Group and Fortune International Realty, is 75 percent reserved.

Though completion is not expected until 2016, 75 percent of the units at a planned 40-story resort in Hollywood Beach are reserved.

Hyde Resort & Residences, a joint venture announced by The Related Group and Fortune International Realty last October, is a waterfront project that will contain 40 condominium units and 367 condo hotel units. According to a recent press release, three-quarters of the residences are already spoken for.

Located at 4111 S. Ocean Dr., Hyde Resort & Residences offers two- and three-bedroom furnished units with a starting price of $399,900. Owners and guests will have access to a beach with private cabanas, spa services, and oceanfront dining. The complex will house a curated art collection, the release said. Deborah Aguiar, the Brazilian designer commissioned for 1 Hotel & Homes in South Beach, contributed interior designs to Hyde Resort & Residences.

“Hyde Resort & Residences will bring about a new love of elegance and luxury design to Hollywood Beach,” Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Realty, said in the release. “The residences and hotel will offer first-class amenities, completely furnished condo-hotel units, a virtual concierge, and great services, creating an intimate and cultural environment for guests and residents.”
