Florida’s housing market showed some definite positivity in 2013, according to CoreLogic.
Home prices in the Florida marketplace rose 9.9 percent in 2013, according to the latest CoreLogic Home Price Index.
Prices were flat from October to December, but even with 2013’s increase, there remains work to be done: prices in the Sunshine State are still 37.6 percent below their Oct. 2006 peak.
