Foreign homebuyers have been one of the more interesting developments in U.S. real estate in recent years, especially here at home.

Miami was the second most popular real estate market for foreign homebuyers in Nov. 2013, according to analysis by Realtor.com. Only Los Angeles received more attention from the international scene.

Additionally, Miami was among the five most popular markets for homebuyers from a whole score of countries, including: Canada; Brazil; Germany; France; Mexico; Italy; the Netherlands; Spain; Russia; Switzerland; and Sweden.
