This week, we talked with Judy and Nathan Zeder of The Zeder Team at EWM in Coral Gables. Judy is a Realtor and Nathan a broker associate, and in 2012, their team ranked among the top three Realtors in Miami-Dade County with a total residential sales volume of $165 million, along with ranking in the top one-half percent of all Realtors nationally.

Miami Agent (MA): Our recent feature on real estate tech garnered lots of interest from our readers. What kinds of technology do you find benefits your real estate business the most?

Judy/Nathan: Our most beneficial tech tool is our beautiful website. We are also very responsive with email and text, and some aspects of social media we find to be beneficial as well.

MA: Miami currently has one of the busiest housing markets in the U.S. What do you think is behind all that activity?

Judy/Nathan: Miami property is greatly undervalued in the country and in the world. We are the gateway to the America’s because of our ethnic diversity and unique cultural experiences. Along with a top notch University, hospital systems, and Bay. We live in one of the most exceptional cities in the world.

MA: Finally, our feature story on syndication sites continues to find readers. Do you use Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com for your business, or do you find other forms of online marketing to be more effective?

Judy/Nathan: We certainly use them depending on our target audience. Each client is unique is how they gather information.
