One of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms in America, Esslinger Wooten Maxwell Realty (EWM), announced seven new associates to their Key Biscayne Branch.
Marilyn Borroto
Marilyn Borroto’s previous employment was as the manager of her family business, Borroto Architects. Through her participation in architecture and development, she has had a great deal of experience in the local real estate market.
Laura Duarte
Laura Duarte has lived in Florida for more than 30 years and attended Miami Dade College and Florida International University. Before joining EWM, she was a manager for AD Floral Trading in Doral. Duarte is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and Miami Association of Realtors.
Maria Claudia Jackman
Born in Bogota, Columbia, Maria Claudia Jackman has lived in Florida for 10 years and studied architecture at Texas A&M. Before joining EWM, she worked as a realtor for Great Properties International in Key Biscayne.
Maria Sardiña Mann
Maria “Beba” Sardiña Mann worked as a legal secretary for Foley & Lardner LLP in Miami, and held the position of Vice Chair of the City of Miami Planning Advisory Board. She now currently serves in an advisory capacity to the City of Miami Commission as a member of the Homeland Defense/Neighborhood Improvement Bond Oversight Board.
Maria Mendez
Maria Del Carmen Mendez, originally from Cuba, has lived in Florida for 45 years and brings seven years of experience to EWM. She previously worked as a broker associate at Realty World Real Estate Center in Kendall and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.
Lisset Rodriguez is from Caracas, Venezuela and has spent 24 years in Florida and studied finance at the University of Miami. She brings four years of experience to EWM and owned Stone and Equipment, Inc.
Maria Delgado is from Caracas, Venezuela and has sent the past 20 years in Florida. Before joining EWM she worked as a realtor associate for Bankers International Realty and Allegro Foreclosure Desk in Miami. She has much experience as a realtor associate and commercial investment advisor, and is also a member of the Miami Realtor Association.
