Fadia Bassi will be the new Director of Sales at Vizcayne.

It has been announced that Fadia Bassi will be the new Director of Sales for Vizcayne, Downtown Miami’s luxury residential development located alongside Biscayne Bay. Bassi brings over 12 years of real estate experience to Vizcayne, which will be helpful as she works on selling out the remaining units.

Fadia Bassi’s Real Estate Career

Bassi began her career in South Beach, where she and a team of real estate professionals were commissioned to sell out the groundbreaking project, the Cosmopolitan. They were able to sell out the property at some of the highest square foot rates in the area. She then went on to become a top producer for Brickell on the River, which led to her position as Vice President of Miami-Dade County and Panama, exceeding over $2.2 billion in inventory.

Shortly after this experience, Bassi started her own corporation, Venetian International Real Estate, where she represented new development projects in Panama, Costa Rica and Cancun. Through her connections with brokers from the international market, such as Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Columbia, Mexico, Spain, Italy and France, Bassi was able to sell over $100 million of inventory between 2006 and 2008. Those relationships that she has built in Latin America have allowed her to deliver the sales volume that she has to date.
