Debbie Blasberg, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty new associate.

One Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that, top agent Debbie Blasberg will be joining its team of associates as an exclusive sales agent for Bellini Williams Island located in Aventura. Bellini Williams Island is the first pre-construction development to break ground in South Florida in 2011 and the last residential site on Williams Island.

Once completed, Bellini Williams Island will include a 24-story boutique residential development with 70 luxury, private units. Each residence will be accompanied with its own private elevator, ceilings that range from 10-feet to 12-feet, spacious floor plans and three bedrooms. The property will also offer luxury amenities including marina, European-style pool, spa, state of the art fitness center and what will be a newly revamped 16-court tennis facility
