Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms, has announced today that five new sales associates have joined its Weston branch office: Annie Bozan, Bertriz Fernandez, Elizabeth Lindgren, Sara Rainin and Daniel Villasmil.

Annie Bozan, originally from Havana, Cuba, has lived in South Florida for 32 years.  Prior to joining EWM, Bozan worked as a real estate associate for United Realty Group.  She is a current member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Bertriz Fernandez has been in real estate for over five years and holds a certification in short sales.  Fernandez worked for Presidential Real Estate Group in Pembroke Pines prior to joining EWM and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Elizabeth Lindgren worked as a home mortgage consultant with HomeServices Lending, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, prior to joining EWM.  Originally from Cuba, Lindgren has lived in South Florida for 41 years and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Sara Rainin worked with Weichert Realtors in New Jersey as a broker prior to joining EWM. While there, she earned the distinctions of Top Sales, Executive Club, New Jersey Circle of Excellence and Million Dollar Club. Rainin has lived in South Florida for 15 years and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Daniel Villasmil was the owner of Tropicalaser Inc., prior to joining EWM.  Originally from Venezuela, Villasmil has lived in the South Florida area for eight years and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
