Bersach, a real estate professional since 1994, was honored with this award because of her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the real estate industry, and for her significant contributions to the profession, the community and to the local, state and national associations.
In 2010 she was elected as Chairman of the Board for RAMB and was previously the 2008 Residential President for what is now the newly merged Miami Association of Realtors. She is currently a director with both the Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors (NAR), serving on the NAR Conventional Finance and Lending Committee Chairman of RAMB.
