The Realtors Commercial Alliance of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RCA Miami) announces the first edition of the Commercial Super Expo & Real Estate Conference, slated for Friday, October 24. After 12 years of the Commercial Expo, RCA is taking this event to a higher level. Robert J. Nahigian, managing principle of Auburndale Realty Company, is among the confirmed speakers at the event, courtesy of partner organization Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). More than 15 nationally recognized experts and leaders will also present at the event, which is expected to attract more than 300 commercial real estate professionals.

One panel discussion offered will be Green on the Ground – How the Green Building Meets the Green Lease, which will feature Alan Ojeda, president and CEO of Rilea Group and Michael R. Goldstein, Esq. and Janis K. Cheezem, Esq., both environmental shareholders at Akerman Senterfitt.

Featured speaker Nahigian has 36 years of real estate experience with 27 years exclusively in commercial and industrial real estate as a broker, advisor, expert witness and developer of approximately $4.8 billion of real estate totaling 38 million square feet. Nahigian holds the three most elite international commercial real estate accreditations in the industry and was elected to an honorary land economics society. He has contributed to the publication of four real estate books and has authored over 290 professional articles.
