Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors announced that four new sales associates have joined its Brickell branch office: Sindia Borras, Carolina D’Escoubet, Davina Melgarejo and Ellen Olsen.
Borras relocated to South Florida three years ago from Salvador de Bahia, Brazil. She was born and raised in Switzerland where she earned a Master of Arts degree in secondary education at the University of Bern. Borras is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami-Dade. She is fluent in French, Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian and comfortable in German.
D’Escoubet relocated to South Florida 20 years ago from Honduras. Prior to joining EWM, she was an insurance agent at Nationwide Insurance. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Miami and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Melgarejo is from Houston, and has lived on Brickell Key for the last 10 years. She is a certified EcoBroker. Prior to joining EWM, Melgarejo worked at WSVN Channel 7 in the Special Projects Department. She earned an associate’s degree in journalism from Miami-Dade College and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Olsen has worked in the real estate industry for more than three years. Through additional coursework, she has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and is also an e-Pro. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Greater Miami Beach and the Beaches’ International Real Estate Council and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami-Dade. Olsen is a native of Lima, Peru, and has lived in South Florida for five years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in foreign languages and international trade from Mississippi College in Clinton, Miss.
