His innovative spirit led him to create a Spanish-language radio show, “En camino a su hogar” (On Your Way Home), which helped generate leads from families in need of guidance.

A lifelong Miami resident, Fraguio draws on his knowledge of the tricounty area and attempts to blend integrity with innovation. His focus includes land loans, spec homes and new-construction luxury condos. From the charming streets of Coral Gables to the vibrant developments in Brickell, he’s witnessed Miami’s evolution into a global destination.

He developed a workshop on business development, emphasizing the importance of well-being, and believes that success stems from balanced living. Vaster’s advanced technology, including a digital application system and Vaster AI, streamlined operations, enhanced client experiences and optimized decision-making. This adaptability ensured seamless service during the pandemic, helping the company collectively close over $500 million in loans since 2021.
