George Fraguio, Vice President of Bridge Lending

Vaster

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, George Fraguio has carved out a niche as a seasoned professional in Miami’s luxury markets. As vice president of bridge lending at Vaster, he’s made a name for himself by offering clients transparency, detailed guidance and integrity.

Fraguio’s journey began when a friend recognized his natural aptitude for real estate and encouraged him to explore the field. Starting with first-time homebuyers and underserved markets in affordable housing, he realized his passion for loan origination and helping individuals organize finances for one of life’s biggest milestones. His innovative spirit led him to create a Spanish-language radio show, “En camino a su hogar” (On Your Way Home), which helped generate leads from families in need of guidance.

A lifelong Miami resident, Fraguio draws on his knowledge of the tricounty area and attempts to blend integrity with innovation. His focus includes land loans, spec homes and new-construction luxury condos. From the charming streets of Coral Gables to the vibrant developments in Brickell, he’s witnessed Miami’s evolution into a global destination.

Fraguio’s commitment to wellness has also influenced his leadership approach. He developed a workshop on business development, emphasizing the importance of well-being, and believes that success stems from balanced living. Vaster’s advanced technology, including a digital application system and Vaster AI, streamlined operations, enhanced client experiences and optimized decision-making. This adaptability ensured seamless service during the pandemic, helping the company collectively close over $500 million in loans since 2021.

Beyond work, Fraguio enjoys time with his family, including his son Giorgio and daughter Isabella, who are beginning their real estate careers. He’s committed to giving back through mentorship and community involvement, showcasing a balance of professionalism and personal connection.
