When Coldwell Banker’s Chicago-based powerhouse Dawn McKenna Group expanded into South Florida’s development sales and marketing sector last year, Christine Lutz took the lead in establishing the team’s expertise in the development arena. The 30-year industry veteran boasts an impressive portfolio of more than 60 new residential developments across multiple markets and serves as the group’s national director of sales and marketing.
Specializing in marketing and luxury sales, Lutz says her career was influenced by early exposure to the real estate industry through her mother’s work with a Chicago development company. Today, Lutz’s life’s work of advising on pre-production planning, sales strategy, marketing budget and execution from concept has resulted in $4 billion in closed transactions representing more than 7,000 units sold.
Praised for her vast expertise, Lutz leads with valuable insights and implements best practices with each new assignment. Skilled in identifying real estate talent and building teams, she brings an analytical background to the development sales process by constantly monitoring trends and identifying unique opportunities within each diverse residential market she oversees.
Her latest project, the mixed-use redevelopment dubbed The Avenue in downtown Naples, has begun selling, with construction set to begin in 2025. “The Avenue offers the perfect seasonal or primary home for those seeking a sophisticated urban experience in a coastal community lifestyle,” Lutz says. “It offers proximity to the best of Naples’ luxury shops and fine dining, beaches and cultural attractions, but is also ideally situated to some of the area’s finest golf clubs and pickleball.”
The Dawn McKenna Group is Coldwell Banker’s leading real estate team in the Midwest, South Florida and Park City, Utah. Lutz has personally worked her magic in Illinois, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Missouri and Utah.
