The Calta Group on April 30 hosted a preview of its latest development, the Via Veneto in Coral Gables, for 80 Miami brokers and guests in the showroom of the Italian home furnisher, MiaCucina.
Compass’ Ben Moss and Ignacio Villanueva, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Via Veneto, co-hosted the event.
Guests got an up-close look at the interior finishes that will be available to future Via Veneto residents and took in a live cooking demonstration in the showroom, which features Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances.
Via Veneto will offer 10, three-story brownstones at 915 Palermo Ave. The units will encompass more than 5,500 square feet each and start at $5.5 million.
