Faena Residences Miami held an exclusive season-opening event on Nov. 15 at the project’s sales gallery. Approximately 250 attendees explored the 14-acre Faena Miami River District, enjoying live music and cabaret performances, cocktails, an omakase-style buffet and a fireworks display.

Alan Faena spoke to attendees about the 68-floor, 434-unit luxury project, which is set to wrap up construction in 2029. Fortune International Group and KAR Properties are developing the project.
