Kolter Urban and Perko Development Partners launched Maison d’Or, a 19-story condo tower with 39 condos including two penthouses. The development, located at 3705 South Flagler, will overlook the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean and Palm Beach Island.

With a name translating to “House of Gold,” the luxury tower offers residents colorful interiors designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates and access to resort-style amenities including a pool deck, steam rooms, sauna, salon and guest suites.

Maison d’Or Realty Sales, LLC is the exclusive sales manager for the residences, which are priced starting at $5.7 million.
