Nir Perets has joined Douglas Elliman and will jump in as sales lead for Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale.

Perets brings 20 years of experience in South Florida’s residential pre-construction and development markets to his new role. He’s helped generate over $2 billion in career sales, according to a press release.

Viceroy marks the Naftali Group’s first branded residential condo development in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It will feature 251 one- to four-bedroom luxury condominiums and a host of amenities including a spa, wine bar, VR simulator and resident-only Viceroy beach club.
