Developer Reisa opened the 420-unit Resia Golden Glades apartment community in north Miami and marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Located at 15955 NW 6th Ave., the development features four five-story buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Reisa used prefabricated bathroom and kitchen components, complete with electrical and plumbing manufactured at the company’s facility in Georgia.

“We are excited to bring quality housing to working professionals and create thriving communities where residents can truly feel at home,” Reisa CEO Ricardo Blas said in a press release.

Amenities at the community include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, playground, co-working spaces, garage parking, EV charging stations and a mini market.
