Run, golf, cycle and meditate.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

I would love to meet Warren Buffett. His success in business with Berkshire Hathaway is legendary, and his commitment to philanthropy, including his pledge to give away the majority of his fortune, is truly admirable.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

Jupiter. Located just north of West Palm Beach, Jupiter has a small-town vibe with a beautiful coastline, excellent parks and a fantastic lighthouse. It’s an outdoor lover’s paradise, offering kayaking, paddleboarding and nature trails without the crowds of Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

What do you love most about the industry?

What I love most about the real estate industry is the ability to connect people with spaces that truly enhance their lives. Every property tells a unique story, and helping clients find the perfect place to call home or invest in is incredibly rewarding.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult aspect of my job is managing the emotional and financial stakes involved in real estate transactions. Clients are often making some of the biggest decisions of their lives, whether it’s selling a property they’ve lived in for years or purchasing a new home or investment.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

The best advice for new generation is to embrace continuous learning and adaptability. The world is evolving rapidly, with technology and industries changing at a pace we’ve never seen before. Those who remain curious, open to new ideas and willing to adapt will find success in any field.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

The Mountain is You. The Art of Negotiation. Suits.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Ceviche made from fresh, local fish is a favorite. Many spots along the coast, especially in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, serve up vibrant and zesty ceviche that highlights the region’s bounty of fresh seafood.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

Faena House in Miami Beach. Designed by the renowned architect Norman Foster, Faena House is a stunning example of contemporary architecture.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

A client who got out of the shower a few minutes before a showing and was walking and explaining the house to the client in his bathrobe.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

One thing that might surprise you to learn about me is that despite being in a high-stakes, fast-paced industry like real estate, I actually thrive on balance and taking time for introspection. I find that stepping back and reflecting, whether it’s through a morning jog, reading or just quiet moments, helps me stay grounded and clear-headed.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

The Hamptons could be a great fit — luxurious homes, beautiful beaches and a mix of calm and excitement with the local culture.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Know your numbers, stay curious, work hard and build meaningful connections.

Ryan Serhant, a top broker and real estate entrepreneur known for his engaging social media presence and behind-the-scenes looks at luxury real estate. Gary Vaynerchuk for his insights on marketing, business strategy and personal branding.
