What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
In my previous career of 16 years with the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, I enjoyed teaching agents from the South Florida area all the real estate tools they needed to be successful in this industry.

A professional baseball player
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Stop, meditate/pray, listen to music, go for walk.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I’ve always wanted to meet Michael Jordan. I was never a fan of the Chicago Bulls during his time there, but I always loved his work ethic and level of professionalism.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
Coconut Grove is a small town near the water within Miami with great dining options and a great local community.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love making a difference in people’s lives. Helping them through one of the more important decisions of homeownership, brings me lots of joy.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Competition from so many real estate agents.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Constantly speak to your sphere of influence, be active on social media daily and, most importantly, let go of fear.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Nothing at the moment, but I did enjoy watching Ozark, and I really love watching the Chosen.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
Stone crab
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
The Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I walked in on some squatters while showing a property.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love to snowboard.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Any ski resort in the U.S. I love the thrill and feeling of gliding down a mountain.

Learn from a good mentor much as you can.
