What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I have had experience across all areas of real estate, including single-family homes, multifamily properties, condos, mixed-use developments and new construction. Prior to transitioning into new development real estate, I specialized in multifamily development, managing a portfolio worth over $3 billion.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
I actually wanted to be in medical.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Spend time with my French bulldog, play hockey at the Panthers Ice Plex and visit my nephew in Boston.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Barbara Corcoran. She built a real estate empire, the Corcoran Group, which became one of the leading real estate firms in New York City. Barbara and I have something in common. We are both dyslexic. We both have had difficulties with reading and language-related tasks.

Fort Lauderdale
What do you love most about the industry?
I value building strong relationships with clients, brokers and taking time to understand their goals and find the greatest reward is in helping people find their place in the city they love.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Taking time for myself. I tend to work seven days a week, and I don’t give myself time off.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Responding and networking on the social media platforms.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I am a realty TV show junkie.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
South Florida has some of the best restaurants in the world. It depends on time and place.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
Ombelle is the most ambitious residential development in Fort Lauderdale. It comprises two, 43-story towers located in the Flagler Village neighborhood.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Excessively demanding behaviors
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I have a famous Persian cat who is the face of Chewy.com.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Anything outside of South Florida where I can completely disconnect!
