What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I spent 12 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. I served all across the United States and deployed to assist in three hurricanes and one disaster.

Detroit
Growing up, what did you want to be?
A lawyer, but I joined the Coast Guard directly out of high school.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I play with my dog or go to the gym.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
LeBron James. On and off the court, he holds himself to the highest standard, and it’s admirable.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
South Florida has an abundance of great locations. My job is to take your biggest interests and find you a hidden gem!
What do you love most about the industry?
I love the connection you make during the homebuying process. Buying property is a huge deal, and I strive to make it as pleasant as possible.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Currently I have not seen any difficulties. I have a great mentor who is assisting me along the way.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
OUTREACH! Get into the community and make a name for yourself.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I am currently watching SEAL Team on Paramount Plus. It is a great show.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
I love all of the seafood options in South Florida. I never ate an entire fish until I moved here.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
The Bentley building. It’s in the development stages right now, but wow, will it be amazing once complete.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
During on open house, a child threw up on the sign-in sheet.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
That I am from Detroit. There aren’t a lot of people from my hometown here in South Florida.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
San Juan. The water is beautiful, the food is amazing, and my grandfather lives there. It’s a win-win when I go.

Stay consistent!
