The Starboard Group at Coldwell Banker has brought on Abbey Busch of the Busch brewing dynasty as an agent. 

A resident of Delray Beach, Busch comes to South Florida from St. Louis. Her family’s move into real estate was made through the joining of the Busch and Assouline family offices to form Assouline Busch Capital, which purchased the Red South Beach Hotel for $33 million in 2022. 

The Starboard Group is led by CEO Billy Cunningham, a Boynton Beach native and veteran real estate broker, and Bill Morris, a former vice president and senior development officer of Cadillac Fairview Urban Development. The team has ranked among the top 4% of residential buyer agents in Palm Beach County and is among the top 20 groups of Coldwell Banker agents this year, including a top five spot for South Florida commercial real estate, according to a press release.
